With over 12 years of engineering and leadership expertise, Jaafar shapes DAR’s strategic vision and drives its success as General Manager. His extensive experience in civil works and construction management enables him to lead DAR’s team with a focus on innovation and quality across every project. Holding bachelor’s degrees in both Surveying and Civil Engineering, Jaafar’s technical insight and leadership form the foundation of DAR’s excellence in engineering.

OLFAT KHALIL

Head of Architecture Department

With 12 years of experience in Lebanon and Kuwait, Olfat Khalil leads our architecture department. Holding a Master’s degree in Architecture, she combines design expertise with leadership, ensuring innovative and high-quality architectural solutions in every project.

RIMA MAZEH

Head of Interior Design Department

Leading our interior design department, Rima Mazeh brings 10 years of expertise in transforming spaces. Licensed in Interior Architecture, she combines creative vision with strong leadership, ensuring precision and innovation in every project.

Head of Civil Department

With over 30 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mahmoud Younes heads our Civil Department, expertly managing structural and infrastructure projects. His extensive background in project management and construction enables seamless coordination across our construction sector and structural design services, ensuring each project is delivered with efficiency and precision.
